Residents of the CHA scattered-site housing managed by HHDC can take part in training programs for custodial work and property maintenance. Such programs include a six-week painting training program. Participants are trained to perform basic painting duties in CHA units managed by HHDC. Trainees receive a certificate of completion and may be hired by HHDC or employment elsewhere based on certification and experience.
